With 8.5 years in long-term recovery, DelaRae brings powerful lived experience to her leadership, advocacy, and public speaking.  Having walked her own journey of transformation, she speaks with authenticity about resilience, accountability, faith, and the power of second chances. Her story is one of overcoming adversity, rebuilding with purpose, and turning pain into impact. Today, she is passionate about breaking stigma, strengthening communities, and helping others discover that lasting change is possible. Through both her professional leadership and personal testimony, DelaRae inspires hope and challenges audiences to believe in restoration, redemption, and the strength found in recovery.
