Our Networks
Meet Members Just Like You
A Local Network is a regional group of Peer Support Specialists who recognize the importance of mutual support within the peer support field. These Networks bring together peers with common areas of service, interests, or goals, fostering a sense of community and collaboration. They are designed to offer mutual support, share knowledge, and exchange resources and experiences. The goal is to facilitate the development of peers, thereby enhancing their capacity to support those they serve.
Typically informal in nature, Networks provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment. They operate in accordance with PSANDS’s core values of leadership, advocacy, education, and support.
PSAND invites persons who are trained and/or working as peer support specialists to join us at Local Network to find their own supportive peer specialist group, and to gain valuable insight and information from others who are also doing the work.
