Thane Solberg is a certified peer support specialist and care coordinator based in Fargo, North Dakota. Drawing from lived experience with mental health and substance use challenges, Thane brings authenticity, empathy, and practical insight to his work advocating for individuals navigating recovery.

In addition to providing direct support, he has served on numerous boards and committees spanning local government, community initiatives, and event planning, demonstrating a strong commitment to systems-level change. Thane currently serves as CEO of the Justice Well Program and as a Care Coordinator at The Ridge Treatment & Reentry Center, where he leads mission-driven initiatives and provides direct support focused on improving outcomes for individuals impacted by addiction and mental health concerns.
