Participants will learn about; approaches and information to promote
positive mental health, prevent potential problems, and interventions.
Attend to learn to identify skills to address risks and vulnerabilities to
cope with life's ups and downs.

The event will be followed by PSAND Casual Connections and Questions at 1:00 pm -- a time when you can connect with others, ask about topics affecting you, and discuss concerns.

Plan to join PSAND quarterly for our sessions designed to inform and educate peers on topics relevant to the needs and interests of the peer support specialist role.

All Lunch and Learn sessions share the following objectives:

Cross-learning and knowledge sharing between peer support specialists.
Identifying training and education needs of peer support specialists.
Fostering peer relationships.
Establishing environment of support, trust, and continuous development.
